Our client, one of South Africa's leading Freight and Transport companies, is looking for a General Worker to assist with various tasks, including inspection, equipment management, manual handling of goods, maintenance, general labor, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect trailers, flatbeds, and equipment; report and ensure correction of errors.
Oversee and maintain trailer equipment at the depot.
Assist with loading/unloading containers and handling goods manually.
Perform maintenance tasks, including cleaning and repairing equipment.
Ensure safety and security measures are followed.
Support operational activities as needed.

Ons kliënt, een van Suid-Afrika se voorste Vrag- en Vervoermaatskappye, is op soek na 'n Algemene Werker om te help met verskeie take, insluitend inspeksie, toerustingbestuur, handhantering van goedere, instandhouding, algemene arbeid en operasionele ondersteuning.

Hoofverantwoordelikhede:

Inspekteer sleepwaens, platvloere en toerusting; rapporteer en verseker regstelling van foute.
Hou toesig oor en onderhou sleepwatoerusting by die depot.
Help met die op-/aflaai van houers en die hantering van goedere met die hand.
Voer onderhoudstake uit, insluitend skoonmaak en herstel van toerusting.
Maak seker dat veiligheids- en sekuriteitsmaatreëls gevolg word.
Ondersteun operasionele aktiwiteite soos nodig.
