Site Foreman (George)

Skills and Responsibilities
• Good leadership skills – manage all site-staff
• Ability to work under pressure
• Valid drivers’ licence
• Health and Safety knowledge / experience
• Excellent communication, organisational, planning and time management skills
• Must have worked for a reputable construction firm with a proven track record in residential housing industry from foundation and wet works to finishes
• Have a broad range of experience with all aspects of residential construction including bricklaying, roofs & trusses, plastering, tiling and other flooring types, painting, ceilings
• Sound knowledge of NHBRC standards, requirements and guidelines
• Very good eye for detail
• Have an excellent understanding and interpretation of all construction drawings from foundation to finishes
• Good physical condition

Salary offered: R10 000 – R12 000 + Company vehicle (to be used for work purposes only)

The ideal candidate must be a George resident with at least 5 - 8 years’ relevant experience.
