SALES PROPERTY AGENTS

REQUIREMENTS ARE:
-Proven track record in sales and marketing for a minimum period of six months
-Ability to speak English and one official South African language
-Be in possession of a smart phone
-Hard worker
-Seeing clients
-Own transport is an advantage
-Willing to work on Saturdays as well
-Presentation is key as you will be meeting prospective buyers
-Ability to work with others and creating rapport and being respectful to colleagues
-Good communication skills
-Matric or Equivalent
-HUNGRY FOR FINANCIAL SUCCESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Doing one-on-one presentations with the idea of selling a house for home ownership or for investment
-Required to attend all meetings, punctuality is essential
-Required to give feedback on every client to the Sales Manager
-Attend Home Sales meetings and trainings
-Required to meet stipulated targets and even excel
-Should be able to close deals – coffee is for closes

Salary: 10K-50K p/m (Commission Based)
