Sales Assistant - Sales Consultant

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant/ Consultant to join our team. Whether you're just starting out in sales or developing your sales career, come and talk to us today.

We offer a structured development programme to all of our Sales Consultants. Within the programme you will develop your selling, technical and coaching skills along with managing a store and a team. The programme aims to upskill individuals to run their own store within 18 months if desired.

What you will be doing:
•Delivering exceptional customer service to all customers
•Signing up new customers
•Selling products to customers in store
•Handling customer enquiries to include face to face, on the telephone and via email
•Consulting with customers on self-storage needs and availability
•Entering customer information on the database
•Working as a team to achieve store targets
•General housekeeping and maintenance of the store

Ideal Candidate:

You will have experience within a face to face customer service environment with experience of selling products. You will be confident when dealing with customers and have excellent communication skills along with a friendly and enthusiastic attitude.

Must be willing to work Full time, Monday-saturday

Must be between the ages of 18 and 28

Must live in and or around the Durban area

Salary:

On-Target-Earnings taking you to an average of R8000 per month.
