Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Provide Office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
● Receive, direct and relay relevant messages to relevant parties.
● General filing as and when required.
● Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
● Redirect calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
● Greet direct and assist visitors.
● Provide administrative services to the Service Delivery Manager
Minimum Requirements:
● 2-3 years experience as a receptionist
● Senior Certificate Matric
● Good communication ability and presentable.
● Must be computer Literate (MS Office)
● Solid track record and experience required
