Outbound Call centre Agents
Our customer is now looking to add further Outbound Call Centre Agents to their dynamic team.
The main duties will be as follows:
Speaking to current customers to promote offers, book call backs and take orders
Providing Excellent Customer Service at all times
Advising on similar and relevant products
Selling add-ons, other products and services
Working on several well recognised catalogue brands
All of your contacts will be EXISTING CLIENTS and there is no cold calling required.
This is an interesting and diverse role that should see you progress.
SALARY: R6500-R7000 INCLUDING COMMISSION
