Communication & Telephone Etiquette as key skills Required. Our Company Is In need Of Call Centre Agents / Customer Service Agents To take Up positions In our Inbound Section. Required Candidate should be well versed with Excellent Customer Interaction ( Facial &Telephonic), And with High self-drive Command. (Minimum Requirement Grade 11 to 12)
Candidates will be Allocated to perform different Roles In Banks, Tele communication Entities & Airport and below are some of the duties:
• Answering Incoming Calls
• Booking Appointments
• Ticketing &Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
The Dynamic Industry Requires Both experienced and Non Experienced candidates & A start Up Training will be provided before commencing.
