We are seeking learnership and or entry level application for Product Support Specialist to join the contact center supporting our new online business,
This role will be part of the initial contact team for customers interested in our products and will be responsible for assisting customers in completing applications on line and over the phone, informing customers of the product features and terms, and persuading customer to submit their application.
Requirements
• Ambitious and driven personality with a hunger for success and self starter.
• no prior experience is required but you must be ready for education training provided ofcompany
• Have minimum of high school qualifications or equivalent course or training.
