-Minimum 2 years TRADEMARKS Litigation experience at a law firm a must

-Computer literate in MS Outlook

Duties:
-Preparing Trademarks for lodging
-Managing incoming correspondence
-Acknowledging receipt of new instructions
-Preparing application instruction sheets
-Conducting conflict checks as required
-Dealing with new client onboarding – New account forms, new account numbers, quotes, special rates negotiation etc.
-Drafting responses to client correspondence
-Preparing and drafting agreements, letters of demand and undertakings
-Conducting on-line investigations
-Attending to urgent dictation and assisting with other departmental typing
-Preparing trade mark reports from the internal system
-Managing the PHM’s electronic diary
-Setting up meetings
-Managing team travel logistics
-Capturing time and billing
Salary: R 15 000.00 – R 25 000.00 gross maximum (Depending on experience)
