Customer Service - Administrator
Monthly salary of R12000 per month
You will be responsible for receiving and processing orders, ensuring customer enquiries, issues and complaints are handled promptly, processing payments, liaising with the accounts team, pricing products, managing catalogue requests and monitoring stock.
The ideal candidate will be confident and professional, have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. . This is a fast-paced environment, therefore excellent organisational skills are a must as well as a good level of IT skills, including word and excel.
The successful candidate must be available to start immediately.
