I am 23 years of age my name is Chantelle I'm a caregiver with experience working with frail care loved ones that need complex care for those adults and children with profound disabilities who choose to live in their own homes. I have reference's from for private clients. I am able to work nights or days depending on what the the needs of the client may be.
as my roll as caregiver I provide the following-
* Personal care: assistance with bathing, grooming, eating, dressing, medication reminders, and more (also called activities of daily living)
*Household Tasks: help preparing meals, household, yard maintenance, etc.
*Companionship: a social outlet for conversation, and giving them positive outlook on life
*Assist with physical therapy, injections, feeding tubes or other medical processes
* Order and pick up medications at the pharmacy
* Handle a crisis or medical emergency
*Fill the designated “on-call” position for the family member
