Branch Manager

Duties: Coach, develop and manage staff performance to meet or exceed all sales and service goals and objectives. Hire, train, develop, direct, schedule, evaluate and recommend monetary increases on all branch employees. Develop and implement branch business and marketing plans. Assist in branch operations as required.

Requirements: Grade 12 (Matric), Minimum of one years of progressively responsible management experience within a retail sales or financial institution, Knowledge of the sound practice of business administration.
