Young people who have lived here used public transport to University of Cape Town and the City Centre, by bus/taxi. Short-term only, period to be discussed. Owner lives upstairs and shares common kitchen and laundry access. The two rooms share a bathroom (please note within water restrictions). Inside secure parking within perimeter wall.
